A Step-by-Step Guide and Timeline

1. Get Up and Have a Good Breakfast: Fuel up for the exciting day ahead!

2. Hair Appointment: Head to your hair and makeup appointment, either at your hotel or the salon.

3. Light Lunch and Relax: Enjoy a light lunch and take a moment to unwind. Remember, this is all about having fun!

4. Get Dressed: Both of you should get into your wedding attire.

5. Drive to the Beach: Head out to meet us at the beach.

6. Meet Your Team: Connect with your minister, photographer, and on-site wedding coordinator (if included in your package).

7. Ceremony Setup: Your coordinator will guide your group and arrange everyone on the beach.

8. Bride's Entrance: The bride walks onto the beach, and the ceremony begins!

9. Ceremony Duration: The ceremony lasts about 5 to 20 minutes, depending on your chosen vows.

10. Group Photography: After the ceremony, we’ll start with group photos if you have family and friends present. Your coordinator will assist in gathering everyone.

11. Romantic Couple Shots: Once group photos are done, we’ll focus on capturing beautiful, romantic shots of just the two of you.

12. Beach Time: Your event is typically limited to 2 hours at the beach, depending on your chosen package.

13. Dinner Venue: After photography, you’re free to head to your chosen dinner venue and enjoy the rest of your day.

14. Luau Coordination: If you've booked a Luau through us, call us at 808-822-5381 to ensure perfect timing.

 

Important Notes:

• Expect the entire beach event to take about 2 hours or less.

• Photography starts with your ceremony, followed by group and couple shots. Our photographer and videographer work together to capture every moment.

• If you have a musician, they’ll serenade you during the ceremony and typically conclude after the ceremony for photography and videography.
